Jewelry Materials and Maintenance

All pieces, unless stated, are made to order with 304 stainless steel. Some items may contain sterling silver parts such as gemstone findings.

Stainless steel will not tarnish with wear or with contact with water. You can polish pieces to bring back their shine after wear. Please be cautious with pearl and gemstone pieces to ensure their longevity.

Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

Regular turnaround time for most items and earrings is around 1-3 weeks. Earrings typically take 1-2 weeks. Necklaces and others can take longer around 2-3 weeks. Please check my shipping policy for more information.

I accept order cancellations within 24 hours. After 24 hours, you are committed to your order. To cancel your order, please email me at kat@chuchucharms.com.

For sanitation reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted. I do not issue refunds. This is because once you try on your piece, I cannot safely and cleanly resell the same piece again, such as for earrings. Please contact me at kat@chuchucharms.com if you have any problems with your order and I am happy to work with you to find a solution.

If your jewelry requires any repairs, please email me at kat@chuchucharms.com and I would love to work with you. Any repairs are free of charge, aside from shipping costs.
